The overall quality has deteriorated to its lowest. We bought a cake for a special occasion but it was not at all the “cherry on the top” feeling, rather it had fungus inside. Really disappointment again, as earlier they served us Non-veg food against our vegetarian order.

The quality has now gone down. Cake sponge is not at all soft. Feels like you are eating those 90’s cake where the cake sponge was not soft, egg smell and taste in every bite and the overall taste was just sugar. No flavour at all. I tried chocolate cheese cake and chocolate truffle and both were terrible.

Had beg triangle and my daughter had cheese bbq sandwich and apple pie. Felt uneasy and threw up. Both of us. Something wrong

The chocolate vanilla cheesecake had real potencial but the ratio of the layers was not right, the cake at the bottom needed to be a lot less and the vanilla layer should've been much thicker, because of too much cake , it tasted less like a cheesecake and well more like a cake.

They list it as a delivery place and on phone refuse delivery, flat out! What a nice birthday I am having. Great! I will transfer money to a friend and ask him to deliver cake to my niece. Zomato and this Monica SUCK! Big time!

Hi, I ordered a pineapple cake from Monica’s and got this blue decorated cake which looked pathetic. And was not required. A basic cake would have been appreciated rather than this pathetic cake. Do look out before ordering. Thanks

The bakery has wonderful and yummy delicacies but there is no option for vegetarian people, just one or two, all products contain eggs hence many dont prefer... would like to advice to add up pure vegetarian items in menu 👍

Used to love their cupcakes but their quality have degraded quite a lot recently. The cake part of the cupcake feels very dry and stale. Needs a considerable amount of development to live upto their name.

Just love their cakes and biscuits. I have tried their chocolate cake, oreo cake and mocha cake and they just tasted amazing. The cakes are moist and not sickly sweet. Just didnot like their cheesecakes as I find them to have a very milky taste.
