I love nagpal’s tasty food eating it since 2009. It is amazing restaurant to dine in . They serve very tasty food. I always love it and rely on them for food.

I ordered Dal makhni from the restaurant. Dal makhni was way tasteless and undercooked, you can't even take a bite out of the same. Contacted zomato for the resolution, but in vain. contacted the restaurant. the owner was too rude and told me we don't hear complaints. The food was stale, felt like it was 2 days old. Never ever going to order from this restaurant, rather I'll sleep hungry.

Nice place if you are have pure vegetarian company. The ambience is very simple and gets crowded at peak hours. Food is tasty and desi. We ordered dum aloo, dal makhni, Kadhai paneer and naan. All were delicious and we ended up polishing it off. The service can be a bit better. Do not order their Tomato Soup, it was bad! Should give the place a go once.

they don't care what the zomato has posted on their app be it any dish picture says something else and we get something else also try don't have any options to select the breads to go with highly unprofessional and same goes for zomato food served cold and when we tel them about it then the blame game starts delivery wala says " resturant walo se poocho and resturant says wo aake le jaata hai we don't know about it ) just wow

Nagpal sector 22 have improved a lot. Good service and food is tasty with enough quantity. We ordered thali and cheese naan with gravy. Every item in the thali was good and gravy with cheese naan was also yummy. Keep up the good work.

Placed order for takeaway through Zomato and expected time for order to be ready was 13 mins. When I reached the restaurant after half an hour the staff had zero idea about how long the order would still take to be ready and was not ready to help at all. Their standard reply - when order will be ready you will get a notification on Zomato app. Horrible attitude of staff at the counter. Kindly blacklist them Zomato.
