One of the best bakery cum cafe in the city. Nik Baker's is known for lavish desserts, cakes as well as savoury delights. I have always been a fan of their sandwiches, cake shakes and red velvet cake. This Nik Baker’s in sector 7 has beautiful decor and ambiance with large seating area. Although prices are on a bit higher side but the food quality and portion size is worth every penny. This time we tried vegetable pasta, thin crust paneer tikka pizza, cheesy fries and caramel mocha. Pizza & pasta were delectable and cheese in fries was so rich in taste. Just one recommendation, they should serve sugar separately with the coffee as the caramel mocha was too sweet. Highly recommended place for lovely dining experience.

Tried their Basque cheesecake. Loved it. Absolute bliss. Their pasta is also worth trying. Good place. Good food.

I'm aware that Nik Baker's is akin to dessert excellence in tri-city, but on the whole, I was just disappointed. The outlet is spacious, with good seating and service, but the desserts themselves are slightly below average. I didn't find anything particularly great especially considering the exorbitant rates. While I'm aware that pricey outlets do well in tricity, this one is simply not worth the hype.

The night started pretty great and amazing food, but when it came to grilled chicken with sauté veggies, undercooked and when we asked to replace it, they over cooked it but still it was undercooked from inside the same dish. The night manager was such a disappointment. At the end it just spoiled the night and here we are. But try other things pull apart garlic bread, bruschetta and peanut butter shake. Thou first time walking off from a cafe. 👍🏻 Lmao someone already said the same thing, kanwar - 2023 😂

The night manager has no knowledge of hospitality and sense of talking. I ordered grilled chicken, at first the meat inside was raw. I called the staff and they said they will fix it, 5 mins later got the same dish back by just grilling it more. Then again the same raw meat still not cooked. I called the manager and he is saying 3 different things at the same time and also agreeing that nik bakers serves it like that. I just stood up and just walked out. Bad management and bad way of handling customer complains

We went to store for take away food and security as well as manager didn’t allowed us to even enter because of packed items we carried from other store stating that no outside drinks and food is allowed. We mentioned to the manager that this is packed and picked up from a store side by and we are here not for dining but for a takeaway purchase, still the manager was adamant that this is their company policy to leave our belongings outside the store.

I ordered chicken breast with assorted veggies but was served undercooked chicken by the staff. On complaining they refused to accept that it was undercooked and refused to be of any help or offering any alternative. Very bad service and attitude!
