Ambience was good Service is also nice but the food quality is pretty bad. I had ordered a pasta but it more of felt like eating oil not pasta.

i celebrated my wife's birthday on 13th August...I invited my friends for a get together.....The Staff was not trained to handle bulk orders ....for 10 persons ..and was not hospitable to cater to our requirements...Everytime the staff told us that I have to prepay...Ok I agree..but one has already paid 6000 rs in first order and why can't u take further orders from the table and keep insisting that first pay and then we will fullfill the order......My friends had already purchased a black forest 800 gms cake for cake cutting ceremony from them and when One of my friend told there staff ..please cut the cake into 8 slices..The answer was IT IS NOT ALLOWED ...Means ur cake sold by ur branch and u r refusing to even cut in slices for ur customer....I paid 13000rs for all the food which I ordered for my guests...This Nik Bakers is supposed to be high end Diner....How can they compete with world famous Cafes or diners like Paul in Delhi Ncr or Mumbai.....The price of a pastry is at par with a pastry sold by a 5 star hotel coffee shop.and I am a paying customer I wish to offer my guests something of high end not that of a old school government coffee shop...The Staff which I think had never experienced such orders rather than fulfilling coffee frappes to other customers ....Pathetic and Disgusting is the word suitable for them.....My suggestion for all .....if you want to have a good meal..better to go to other nik bakers branch rather than this one..I am sure u will be treated like a nobody here.......Thanks

A Disappointing Experience at Nik Bakers, Mohali If you’re looking for a masterclass in how not to make white sauce pasta, Nik Bakers in Mohali is the place to be. The pasta arrived drowning in some questionable, unauthentic cream that had the consistency of regret. It lacked flavor, texture, and any sign that the person making it had even the slightest interest in cooking. Speaking of disinterest, the staff seemed like they were forced into the kitchen against their will. No enthusiasm, no effort—just a plate of mediocrity tossed onto the table. And then came the cold coffee. Overloaded with sugar, it tasted like a dessert experiment gone horribly wrong. Asked for a replacement, only to receive another disappointment in a cup. Overall, a poor show from a place that’s supposed to be known for quality. If you’re in the mood for bland pasta, overly sweet coffee, and a staff that doesn’t care, this is your spot. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Visited Nik Bakers, Mohali today and had a very uncomfortable experience. While customers were dining, a blood test (finger-prick) was being conducted at a table in the middle of the seating area. Medical procedures involving blood in a restaurant dining space raise serious hygiene and food safety concerns, especially when people around are eating and drinking. It was quite disturbing to witness this in a place meant for food and dining. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such activities are carried out in a private area and not in front of customers. Basic hygiene standards should always be maintained in a restaurant environment.

We ordered a cheesecake and this is what we got. Looks like fungus to me but they tried to tell me it’s a blueberry stain. A blueberry stain could be blue, purple maybe even black but not green. They rejected and dismissed my claim telling me I’m wrong. Anyway they said we could get it replaced which we did after waiting for 10 mins. We waited for the manager to come our table to argue further and then ultimately say the same thing we offered initially. Not the first time we’re dining at Nik bakers. Two tables next to us also got their orders messed up. Their prices are top notch but I wish service was too.

Bad Pastries…I think jo Rs20/- wali pastry milti hai choti c shop par wo 100times better hai tumhari Rs285/- ki pastry se.. Itne paise lete ho ek pastry k khud kha kar bhi dekho aur khud rating do ek baar.

If you are charging 1900 for a 800 gm cake. you should give 5 rs candle with it.
