The coffee is not served in mugs. I dont like paper cups. The mustard sandwich was quite bland. Fruit tart looked old and sad. Not happy. I used to visit Nik Bakers as a Kid and I guess I won’t be visiting it anymore.

I had an extremely poor experience at this restaurant. Not only was the food pathetic, but the customer service was even worse. My family and I were horrified when we discovered iron wire in the pasta and hair in the sandwich - and even more so as I had a small child with us. When we brought this to the attention of the staff and management, we were met with indifference and no resolution to the issue. They even went so far as to take the invoice from us and tell us it was lost or could not be traced, while attempting to blame another staff member. However, I was able to get a hold of the internal order slip of the same invoice. This experience was extremely disappointing and no family should have to go through this. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Had bought two boxes of cookies from Elante mall store in December first week. Gave those as a gift to my brother's family. came to know that both the boxes had crossed expiry dates. How could you ruin the experience s badly. How can you make this blunder and compromise with the customer's well being and social connect. Pathetic experience. Worth suing. Dont have words to describe the utter unprofessionalism shown by so called professional baker from AUS. Better close your store down. local bakers provide at least safe items to eat.

The elante mall nik bakers has become worst I'm terms of both food quality and the attitude of waiters and managing staff. .. This is the cheap non branded sauce you get with so called word class sandwiches😊😊 to top on it...the rude behaviour of the staff....has made me realise it's not an outlet worth visiting again...even after being the brand ambassadors of the chain and following it in delhi too.... unprofessional ...not recommended at all .. innumerable options in elante...way better than NIK BAKERS

The most pathetic yet expensive services seen in years. Returned to India after a couple of years and wanted to visit one of the fav old time place but felt SORRY immediately. Such low standards of service and quality, despite prices being at par with any international standard bakery or cafe. Substandard cutlery, paper cups for beverages, below newspaper quality napkins, condiments and other taste enhancers provided only if insisted. POOR PATHETIC SUBSTANDARD

Disappointed with the experience! First, I ordered an Iced Caramelo and after a long wait, they gave me an Iced Frappe instead. Then, I ordered a Club Non-Veg Sandwich — the bread was broken and the whole sandwich was messed up, falling apart and poorly presented. Totally not worth the price or the wait. Definitely expected better from Nic Baker’s!

Very poor hygiene, I could literally see the staff handling food with their bear hands and touching there faces eating+drinking in the kitchen, wearing no gloves. They were actually checking the sandwich’s temperature by touching it. Super disappointed with the hygiene! Cannot eat here again

Had a very bad experience with this outlet of nik bakers. I ordered a mix sauce pasta and it smells very bad. They charged 700 for a small portion and even garlic bread was saggy. Don’t go this outlet and don’t waste your money.

we had a disgusting pizza yesterday at this place the entire pizza crest was burnt and it's simply tasted sour not a good experience
