Situated right on the highway and has ample of parking space. The place is a bit overpriced but the food is decent. The sandwiches are good, pasta is great , hot dog is good. The Nachos were decent. The frappes and coffee's were just ok. They have a variety of snacks, chocolates and gift hampers available. I personally did not enjoy their chocolates but some of the snacks were yum ( especially the baked sticks ). The Ambience is lovely. But it's definitely over priced.

the staff lie on the face. complete mis management. wven after the bill ... didnt serve the coffe. only after asking them to show cctv footage of coffee delivered was the coffee given.

Tasteless hot chocolate, big chunks of raw paneer and lettuce in the name of ‘grilled paneer tikka sandwich’. Overhyped, overpriced!

The staff was very insensitive, especially the guy in cash counter. I was with family having 8 months old baby & having food, that person told us outside food not allowed even we were buying food from Nik Baker’s too. We told him baby will also eat from the same food we had as it was meant for my 8 months old son as well (less salt & no chili). They have no shame doing such act for small baby!!

Food quality has gone bad and prices have gone up since I was last here in Oct 2020. Ordered quesadilla which was served with a salsa that was stale, wasn’t freshly made and that too for 600 pus taxes , sour cream had a small hair in it. Swiss roll was atleast few days old, overall give this place a total miss next time you are in the highway

Date -25oct2021 Ordered strawberry banana smoothie -3-4 times plastic wrappers came in the mouth. On calling Mr Ravi Manager had to say we will compensate by giving a new smoothie- I mean plastic in your food !!!!??? Is it this small a situation for Nik bakers staff to handle such hazardous things in the food so casually?!?! Poor

Horrible horrible place. The chocolate eclairs was stale. The Pizza bread was stale in the margarita. Despite charging for thin crust, they gave us the thick bread pizza. Despite telling the staff, they were not concerned at all. The guy at the reception was rude. Would have been a better experience to eat from a stall outside.

I had ordered a chocolate preline pastry. The pastry size was 1/3 i confronted the employee even he agreed however later the manager refused to change it. The manager needs to be changed the one who does the billing.

Charges of a premium restaurant but below average food and rude staff. Worst pizza ever, they are using readymade bases.

I was denied service just because their internet was not working and I was not carrying cash.
