Was a fan of nik bakers , especially for the range of desserts. But with the competition around rising they haven’t done anything different for themselves. Plus as compared to its contemporaries nik is overrated and pricey.

The food is good but the beverages are served in Disposable cups, which is a disappointment.

0/5 stars Disappointing experience at Sec 22 Nik Bakers! We ordered two cold coffees, but they were absolutely terrible. The coffee was basically just sugar syrup - no flavor, no crema, just sweet, syrupy liquid. We couldn't even finish one sip, let alone the whole cup. The paneer tikka pizza was also a letdown. The base was uneven and clumsy, and the taste was just okay. Not worth the money, especially considering the subpar coffee. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at Nik Bakers. Needless to say, I won't be spending my money here again. There are far better options out there. Avoid Nik Bakers if you want a decent cup of coffee and a good pizza. Update: If you're looking for a good coffee and pizza, visit Cbtl. This place is a waste of time and money.

*Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional* Worst Experience Ever My recent visit to Nik Bakers was absolutely disgraceful. The cheesecake I bought from their Nik Bakers Sector 35 outlet was low quality, and completely unacceptable. Despite being a regular customer, my complaint was ignored at the store. When I escalated via email, they shamelessly replied after two days just to shift the blame on me. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and a pathetic customer service system. Highly overrated brand with no respect for loyal customers. Completely disappointed and will not recommend at all.

My child was having a take away from another restaurant nd we were about to sit for dinner at Nik. While we were seated and about to order , the waiter asked us not to get outside food. We even had a discussion with manager as we were going to order the food nd child was about to finish the food. However, the manager was very rude. We were upset at this event and eventually left the restaurant. Highly disappointed. Prices are too high. Food quality is also deteriorating.

Extremely rude staff - they won’t accommodate any requests.. it’s like a dictator regime - we are not allowed to give extra milk for coffee that we paid 400 bucks for or ask for an extra glass.. their management is a sad excuse in this hospitality sector Would not recommend the brand only to anyone ever - simply bcos they lack basic decency to be in a service sector

Had a oat milk latte was good .... not bad .... ordered a danish bluberry .... was yuck ... doughy n horribly soft ... bakers??? Really hey no baker here ... rather eat sweet dough ...disappointing

The staff is not only ill mannered but has no knowledge. They lack basic education and skills and how to talk to a customer. The most horrible Nik Baker staff

I don't recommend anyone to come here and the staff was very unprofessional and rude wasted 610 rupees today...
