Nik bakers is one of the best and wholesome experience of good ambience and food quality. Best ever cheese cake and etc. Even if it's bit costly but it worth it. And it's a best deal . Must try.

Visited with family after a long time and was pleasantly satisfied with the quality of food still offered. Everything right from pasta, pizza, quesadillas,Kathi rolls and shakes were all very delicious but then we made a mistake of ordering fried rice(veg and chicken both) which was bad and took 1* from the ratings. Refrain from ordering fried rice and you will leave happy . Bit on the pricier side but quality and taste makes up for it. 👍🏻👍🏻

Easy refunds. They will tell you if the food is stale. They always serve you good food.

We went aw a group of 8 for our uncle’s anniversary breakfast. They have a lot of variety and we ordered almost 11-12 dishes amongst us and most of the food was decent to good. However, there was a grilled chicken dish which had one of the pieces still pink in the middle. Upon highlighting this to the staff, the manager (Gulshan), came over to our table and picked up the piece and touched it and prodded it with his hands saying it looked cooked to him so he can’t do anything. He also said we know this better than you as we have been serving for a long time, which was pretty rude and incorrect considering the other three pieces were cooked properly. Neither did he accept the mistake or offer an apology in fact just left the table without explanation. Unfortunate as some of the food was good and I had come on a special trip to Chandigarh, and this experience ruined it for me. I have not added a picture of the uncooked food here out of interest of vegetarian users.

customer service is zero. Chicken croissant is JUST A PUFF and they are selling as a croissant for 200 bucks. Staff has ZERO customer service skills. They use disposable coffee cups that have plastic layer which is bad for health. I just asked for coffee in a reusable glass or my own steel tumbler and the manager just refused for no reason? They serve coffee for 400 bucks and don’t care about customer preferences? Any cafe with basic sense would make simple customisations for their customers and these people act like this?

I don't know what is all the hype about this place. Tricity guys should definitely visit other cities to check out their awesome cafés. It's okay to support local businesses and I am sure this place would serve excellent food in the past but not anymore. Most of the things I tried were not fresh and even it took some muscles to cut and pick them. I am sure Australia couldn't appreciate his food and that's why he returned to serve us his culinary delights.

I got a red velvet slice to go from them today, and when I opened it, I was shocked to see the portion. It was like a mini slice of pastry. I had specifically asked the server if it was cream cheese frosting, and he said yes. But to my demise, it felt nowhere close to it. The slice was dry, stale and a total disappointment. I expected better of them.

Nic Bakery used to be one of the better bakeries in the Tricity , however, in the recent past, the pastry quality and size do not justify the costs attached to them. The staff is very slow. Only one cash till was open despite a long queue of customers for billing.

The eclair was super dry and absolutely tasteless. It was definitely stale and I believe the base had been repurposed to be used again.
