आज Pirates of Grill में शानदार खाना खाने का मौका मिला। यहां का खाना वाकई बहुत स्वादिष्ट था और variety भी काफी अच्छी थी। हर dish का taste बढ़िया था और पूरा dining experience बहुत अच्छा रहा। खास तौर पर Shiv का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा और friendly था। उसने बहुत अच्छे से हमारी service की और हर चीज़ का ध्यान रखा। ऐसे helpful और polite staff की वजह से experience और भी बेहतर हो जाता है। Overall, खाना, service और ambience—सब कुछ बहुत अच्छा लगा। Pirates of Grill को मैं definitely recommend करूंगा। फिर से यहां आने का मन है! 😋🔥

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pirates of Grill in Cosmo Mall, Zirakpur, with my family, and it was a memorable experience. The star of the night was the mutton rara, which Chef Vikas prepared to perfection based on my preferences. The flavour was rich, balanced, and absolutely mouth-watering. The accompaniments—the butter naan and laccha paratha—were equally delightful, buttery, and crisp. We also enjoyed an assortment of other dishes that were full of flavour and beautifully presented. The meal concluded on a sweet note with a delicious ice cream treat. Beyond the food, Chef Vikas truly made the experience special. He took time to come to our table, speak with us warmly, and ensure we were happy with every detail. His genuine hospitality and passion for cooking shone through every bite. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so deeply about the dining experience. If you’re in Zirakpur and looking for an unforgettable meal, I highly recommend Pirates of Grill.

1. if 4 people visit they prefer to offer 4 seats with one barbeque, not asking veg or non veg. 2. one 4 year kid was there we have been asked 3-4 times by different staff that what is the age of the child. 3. refilling of food options is very slow and pathetic. 4. breads orders were servered after 15 minutes in main course. 5. staff continuously forgetting the ordered items and serving after multiple reminders. in overall training required for staff regarding customer handling and also the service quality and time required to improve.
