We went for a family dinner, they had both options Al Carte and Buffet for the evening ( online offers : Zomato , Eazydine and other work) Like other places we were offered a branded water bottle which i guess is moving on tables to tables as no one would have opened it. 😅 As said we were offered Al carte and buffet option. The portion served is small but tastes good. The staff at service is helpful and discribes the dishes well and are ready to help you with any needs. Luxury dining but a not crowded place, with soothing music , if you are looking for a happening place then a NO but if you want a place where no one disturbs you between your food and talks then go for it.

The worst experience I went out on 21st May for my mom’s birthday. We wanted to go for buffet but one of the veg snacks tofu was not something that we eat. We asked if they can replace they could not. Then we decided lets go for a la carte. We ordered soup and platters(veg and non veg). The soup had an insect in it. We calmly asked them to replace it and make it fast becoz its already been 25 minutes that we were waiting for our order. Without making any scene for the the thing we found in our i requested to please bring our order fast its very late now. The guy there said okayy he will in a few mins he bring the chef and shows the thing to us again trying to prove that its an ingredient. Even if it was i came to a 5 star restaurant and they were just trying to prove themselves right making a scene in front of people. I mean what kind of staff does that in their own work place. Treat their customers this way, we were not even offered water. You come to my house i will offer you water and you are working in a hospitality business try to be more hospitable. Eventually at 10:15 pm when i should have been done with my dinner i had to walk out empty stomach. PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS PLACE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I understand if you had a different experience but the kind of consistency you would expect from a place charging 1800 per person for their buffet. They should have been more cooperative and less dramatic.
