Had a great experience! The chicken pizza was really tasty and fresh, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Sachin for being attentive and making sure everything was taken care of. Great food and great service—definitely worth a visit! 🍕😊

I had a very disappointing experience with the restaurant's seating arrangements and customer service. We had booked Table No. 28 in advance for our family guests, but when we arrived, there was complete confusion. The staff had no idea about our reservation, and there wasn't even a "Reserved" tag on the table. This was extremely embarrassing in front of our guests. What's the point of taking reservations if they are not properly communicated to the team and the table isn't even marked as reserved? To make matters worse, when we called later to share our feedback, instead of apologising or taking responsibility, the staff responded very rudely. They said, "At least we made the arrangements." This is not how guests should be treated. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, they ignored our concerns and acted as if they had done us a favour. If customers have to personally inform every staff member about a reservation for the next day, then what is the purpose of having a booking system? Internal communication is the restaurant's responsibility, not the customer's. This entire experience left a very poor impression on us and our family guests. We expected professionalism and hospitality but received disorganisation and disrespect instead. I hope the management improves its reservation process, ensures reserved tables are properly marked, and trains its staff to handle customer feedback with courtesy, accountability, and respect.

I am sharing my review just bcz to worn others, i ordered non veg plater and mutton seek kabab was under cooked and different (ajeeb) taste. They put some pattey in kabab( may be dhaniya) masala rost Chicken was ok ok but rest everything in plater was worst. Malayi Chicken taste kind of bassi no tenderness not juicy and last fish( that was smelly and tasteless, main ye nhi kahunga k khrab fish thi but usmein se ek ajeeb si smell and taste ganda sa tha. I shared my words with chef and they came back with fresh mutton and again same thing, fish ki jagah they served me prawns or vo bhi tasteless no namak no souse. Just steamed nd served. Main ek esa bnda hu jo kind of bhukkad hu or food acha ho to main pack krwa k ghar le aata hu but pehli baar maine ye sb khana wahi chord k aaya hu. Second thing they didn’t gave us any discount or compensation. I paid full bill which was 4810 rupees ( 1788 ka plater). I would say bhai isse behtar or bhi places hai wanha jao but dnt waste your money nd dnt come. You may check other reviews in every 5 feedback thr r 2-3 bad experience feedback. Romeo lane you should work on this. I kw you guys going to use this food to serve other guests. You may check food conditions and my paid bill as proof.

Worst experience I had with Romeo Lane. They are giving false commitment in regards to Buy1Get1 and then charge for everything. At the time of payment they start fighting and all of them comes together like bouncers. I personally recommend not to visit the place

this server there named Vikas he made our family’s birthday celebration so miserable and pathetic, he was constantly distracted by the match that was being displayed and he compromised his services, pathetic dont come here for anything

It was suppose to be Sufi night but never took place ..it rained for like 15 mins but they could hv done it indoor..we. Booked and drove 45 mins to enjoy Sufi experience but in vain !
