we were staying there over the new years eve weekend , only had breakfast there . it was a limited spread but fulfilling . with a spread of live eggs station , dosas and other buffet items . overall the breakfast buffet was not bad it was decent .

Decor is cool! I like the great work done at the ceiling. Since, Rustles was booked for a family ocassion, we were seated at the cafe. Menu seemed unattractive. Staff was courteous. Ordered veg cream soup: a blunder, zero taste n flavour, all I could taste is cauliflower. Paneer ke shole were fine, nothing great. In Main course: Dal makhni was fine. Kadhai paneer was good but kofta was yuck. Coffee was ok ok!! This one is not recommended. Instead hop at other places nearby!! 😣

The Ambience and decor was spectacular., staff was sweet. But the Food is always pathetic whenever you come. Even a street food taste much better than this food. They don't even have good packing facility to carry it over. Very disappointed

We gathered with our family and friends (7 of us) for my sister's birthday dinner. We were told at the reception that they are running a buffet this night. Charges for per person were Rs.1100/- (veg and non veg ). The choice for veg and non starters were fair in quantity but the quality and taste was below average. Chicken and fish were cold and veery chewable. Veg starters like paneer and alu gobhi were with the same sad story. At this point of time we all were too much disappointed for choosing this place to celebrate the family time. Now,the Dinner story is the climax and believe me, it's very disappointing. All the dishes were cold... Breads( rotis and naan) were served very late. Daal, paneer, chicken curry...everything was too bad. The only good thing was "Gulab jamun". After much disappointment saga, we asked to send the cheque, and I was really surprised to know that they were not accepting cards.. I mean WTF... Such a big hotel and they don't accept cards..... Gives us break guys... I feel Management is too ignorant about their quality of food and services.

The worst experience and the most pathetic coffee and shakes . I had to change my cold coffee 3 times and still couldn't able to make up to the expectation and finally had to order a chocolate shake thought they can atleast make it better as it more to make than a cold coffee however it was as worst as the cold coffee. But since have no choice I had to drink the shake and paid for that. When I complained the staff they were smiling and told me that Sir kabhi kabhi aisa ho jata hai. They were least bothered about the customer satisfaction. They were only concerned about the money and to clear the table as soon as the guest cleared the bill. I will never like to visit this place again and would surely not recommend it to anyone
