We have been a regular visitor to Marriott properties across the globe for many years, and JW Marriott Chandigarh has been a frequent choice for me given its proximity to my workspace. Right from the beginning, have always felt that Marriott is doing a really good job for the city by maintaining high standards of hospitality.During our most recent visit on Sunday, were very impressed with the food quality. Chef Ziyaun Nabi himself was personally available to ensure that all the guests were well taken care of, which was truly commendable. However, I would like to share one area of concern regarding the food service. Found the behavior of two team members, Soumen and Sachin, to be disappointing. They appeared quite indifferent and did not respond even after being called several times. At a property of Marriott’s reputation, such an attitude does not reflect well. Service should always match the brand’s high standards, as the guest experience is ultimately what defines a luxury hotel. Sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps in further improving an already outstanding experience that Marriott offers.

We ordered noodles and it cost 1200 and after 50 % discount it cost 600 I am checking when we order online via Zomato then also it cost 600 O want to from team Marriott that where is the discount

Went there with family to celebrate my bday. Got a call in the day to confirm if i will be coming or not and that they wont be able to join tables for 9 people as i had 2 bookings (zomato didn’t allow selecting more than 6 people per table so had to book 6+3). When i went there the seating arrangement was done but only to be ignored. We kept waiting for someone to come and help us with the menu but everyone was just busy other tables and completely ignoring us. Had to go and speak with the Restaurant Manager to atleast be courteous enough to ask if the infant needs anything let alone the adults. Finally we were attended but the service was too slow and although food was nice but most of the items had excess salt. The feedback was given to the chef and chef was kind enough to meet us and ask for any replacement which we denied. Overall expected better birthday dinner but it didnt go as expected.

Unhygienic food. There is one thread in between food. n soya chaap there is one thread in between food. If we go at 5 star restaurants and we pay high amount for food and get little food and then also we’ll get this type of bad food and after we have to pay full amount. Very bad experience. I want my money back …..
