it was our favourite restaurant before today...we ordered masla Dosa today...they serve with cocroch.in it ..no one is there to take the responsibility of food safety...shamless people..

Shahi paneer with butter naan and lacha prarantha , with some sirke wala pyaaz , absolute yum 😃 the quantity is quality both are excellent 👌🏻

Waited half an hour for this frozen carrot and North Indian Thali at Sagar Ratna. No one at the place was happy to serve.

The sector 17 outlet which once used to be our favourite one disappointed us to every extent this time. Bland dahi vada, overly sweet lemonade( we ordered sweet salt mix). The Bhatura was just oil when we asked then to change it they gave us a raw one. We had to keep on asking for extra sambhar which came after we finished our dosa & to top it all the manager was showing such a negative body language. Horrible experience, would not like to visit again.

We got together at this place for a sunday morning brunch. A total of 10 people. Although the entire lower section was packed, the staff did not care to open the upper section despite many requests. Their standard answer being “ sir 1 baje ke baad khulega” What logic? Ha ha … Same scenes playing out today. Avoided food and asked for a filter coffee. I swear my 3 year old will make a better coffee

I don’t think this is original sagar Ratna, food quality has stooped very low. Service is worse. One waiter named Ashish Chakraborty has no sense of service. Rude behaviour and non sense service. Even after mentioning not to add curd to idli chat, they say aisa hi hot hai. Food quality is even worse than service

Dont bother ordering from them, after you place your order they will accept and then 1 hour later they will reject it saying its not possible. They have done this more than 10times with me. Complete and utterly disappointed with the management staff.

Worst place, overhyped, never ever go here, they do not know how to cook, their presentation is even worse. And after all the bad food and bad presentation they have the audacity to charge you such high prices.

they serve insects with the salads...I had a very unpleasant experience on my anniversary...they spoilt my day....poorest hygiene level...shit..
