It's a family restaurant. I always like the food served in here, quantity and quality wise, both ;)) They've got beautiful ambience, the music played is good, and the staff is polite as well !😊

Whenever i think of South Indian food, the first place that comes in my mind is Sagar Ratna. Love their masala dosa and filter coffee.

recently visited Sagar Ratna phase 10, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with their Dahi Vada dish. Upon my first order, I found a hair in it, which was quite off-putting. I politely informed the manager, hoping for a resolution. However, to my dismay, the same issue occurred on my second attempt. When I raised my concern again, the manager's response was shockingly dismissive and arrogant, stating that it was just a human hair, not an animal's. This lack of accountability and professionalism was disheartening. Moreover, their audacious claim about being immune to food authority actions due to alleged bribery was deeply concerning. Such behavior reflects poorly on their standards of hygiene and customer service.

Worst restaurant to order from. Dosa, soup and dahi vada were not at all fresh. The quality of their food was worst! Will never recommend this place to anyone. Their food caused food poisoning.

There was a big mouse in the restaurant. The customers including us were concerned about the cleanliness of the food being prepared. We had to leave the restaurant without eating anything.

Pathetic food quality, AC’s not working, flies everywhere and bad food and service. Rude staff. This place is not a original Sagar Ratna franchise. Not recommend

I ordered masala dosa. Worst ever by Sagar ratna. I doubt whether it was by genuine sagar ratna. ZOMATO why don't you remove it from the list?
