The food was decent and met expectations. However, the overall experience was disappointing. When I tried to pay through the District app (which showed a valid “Pay Bill” option), the staff refused to accept it. They insisted that payments would only be accepted via their QR code (UPI/cash), stating that they’re unaware of its working and that it was only valid if the booking was made through it. However there was no option to make a booking on the app—only a bill payment option was available. Instead of trying to resolve by contacting Zomato/District representative, he behaved quite rudely. Despite multiple attempts from my side to explain the situation & suggest they verify it with their team, he outright refused & said he would only accept payment through their QR code. As a regular user of app, I was eligible for a discount which I ended up losing due to this refusal. It felt unfair to be forced to pay extra because of lack of awareness & unwillingness to cooperate on their end

we had masala and Mysore dosas but they looked like plain dosas. they didn't spread masala evenly. when asked, they said this is how they make it. so go prepared accordingly

We ordered Masala dosa and rice chana. Masala of the dosa was hopeless and the sambhar was not at all good. Chana was not at all tasty.
