Had read mixed reviews of the place. Decided to try it out with my family over the week. Starting with the ambience...it is fine dine all the way. No compromise on hygene and taste ....hallmarks of ITCs i have visited earlier. The menu is all encompassing so we all could find something as per our taste/mood. Shout out to Mr Varun for his patience with our group and the hospitality extended considering we had kids with us too. Overall a great experience....guess it's not just the hotel, but also the people 👍

I and my friend today went for snacks and had smoky sandwich and cold coffee.. Sandwich were served with fries and salad. The taste was too good. Cold coffee was OK in taste.. Staff was co operative... Welcome was good.. Luxurious hotel - yes it was. 🤘🤘

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

The food is nice here but the service could be better. You expect food to be served as well in a fine dining place. The finishing touches are missing. Food quality and taste is pure ITC.

Visited the place for dinner with friends. The ambience is nice and as it was a weekday, it wasn't particularly crowded, though the service was still painfully slow. We ordered a special kebab from their "Kebab Festival Menu" for starters, followed by the Maa ki Daal, Missi Roti and Grilled Cottage Cheese Sizzler. The Indian cuisine was relatively better than the sizzler which was a little disappointing. The place had a friends and family vibe and can be visited for Indian food but their rates are extremely high with regards to the quality of food offered.

Had a really poor experience when here. Be it the ambience or the food, everything was just not upto the mark. From the ambience, though the place was nicely filled with decent seating, but the ACs were just not comfortable. It was very humid inside. Coming to food, it was really very bad. The non vegetarian was just very poor and chewy. Vegetarian was decent but very average given the name and the price point. A lot of scope for improvement

Don't give buffet rates if it's not available in the hotel. I called them to book but they said buffet not served here.

Booked a table, but they didn't reserve any table for us. Asked us to sit in the lobby. Wasn't even the weekend.
