I ordered daal makhni and three naan’s .. they didn’t send a single piece of onion with .. no green sauce no piece of salad… even a small Dhaba does the same .. didn’t except it from Sethi Dhaba ..

I visited Sethi Dhaba consecutively for 2 days because one of my relatives was admitted to the nearby hospital (Advamed). Both the days the service was absolutely pathetic. Jo bhi ye review padh raha hai aur jaane ka soch raha hai, they will definitely notice this. There are already some reviews that are criticizing the service, they are absolutely true. The food is good though.

My recent visit to Sethi Dhaba in Zirakpur left me with a dissatisfying experience, marking it as my third and final visit to this establishment. Upon entering, the absence of assistance forced my family and me to find our table. The initial 20-25 minutes elapsed before a waiter finally attended to take our order, exhibiting a disinterested and rude demeanour throughout. The ambiance was marred by a nauseating odour, and the furniture, featuring torn seats, seemed neglected. Rather than addressing the wear and tear professionally, the establishment resorted to using cello tape as a makeshift solution, compromising the overall appeal. The subpar quality of the seating was a clear reflection of the restaurant's lack of commitment to maintaining a pleasant environment for patrons. The disappointing experience continued with a considerable delay in receiving our order, extending an additional 25 minutes. The average taste of the food did not justify the prices charged. The staff's attitude, especially the waiter who took our order, further diminished the overall dining experience. Attempting to address the issue of an overly loud DJ, the response from the staff was uncooperative. Instead of accommodating the request to lower the volume, they claimed it was fixed, displaying a disregard for customer comfort and satisfaction. And I especially told them please give us fresh onions and still they provide us soggy onions which smells horrible. In light of this experience, I strongly advise against visiting Sethi Dhaba. Zirakpur offers alternative dining options such as Papi Dhaba and PK Family Restaurant, both providing a 10% discount along with delicious food and excellent service. It raises questions about the management's commitment to maintaining a standard of service, leaving me to ponder why such an establishment is in operation if basic aspects of customer experience are neglected. Sethi dhaba is an over hyped dhaba with unhygienic ambience, flies all around and rude waiters. Even after waiting for 25 mins there was nobody to take the orders. The air condition was not working and the management was not bothered about it. They were just asking the customers to change their tables when they complained about the cooling. The service and food is getting pathetic day by day. The waiters and the person sitting on the counter-all of them are arrogant and mannerless people. I didn't understand WHYYYY the hell people are so crazy about Sethi dhaba- THE WORST PLACE WITH WORST EXPERIENCE. It is literally a roadside low grade dhaba trying hard to be a restaurant which is way beyond its reach. There is not even a single thing for which I would ever recommend this place to anyone. They forcefully charge the customers to buy mineral water only. No option for regular water for customers. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction, behave like goons whenever u complain about anything. PATHETIC PLACE... NOT GONNA RECOMMEND EVER

yaha ka food kabhi mat khana aap bimar ho jaoge maine abhi dal makhani order kri jiski cost 350 plus thi mujhe dal makhani received hui maine or taste kiya usme na namak tha na kisi chiz ka taste aara tha Orr daal niche lagi hui thii jali hui smell kr rhi thi maine inke staff me call kiya inka staff mujhe kehra ki cylinder ki shortage ke karan hum tandoor me khana bna rhe hai us wajah se lag gyi hogii bhaii ye tumhari headache haina hmari thodi hai aisa jla hua khana khake mujhe meri health ko kuch hogya kon responsible hogaa bhai aap sab se sabse request hai inke outlet se kuch bhi order mat Krna 350 rupees mittti hogye mehnat krne wale insan hai humm koi 2number ka paisa nahi hai hmara jo ye log aise krte hai

A message to the owner, please focus on your waiters they are high on something not intrested in servicing, not listening properly to the orders. I asked for parantha and kadam , sugar less tea, mentioning it twice while ordering , I got a good parantha and a white coloured tea, I said I asked for kadak he gave some excuse that patila bhara hua hai kadak nai ho rahi, I tasted it was sweeter than rabri, I said ye to meethi hai he said apni feeki boli thi , he said mein dusri banwa deta hun I said kitna time lagega he said 2-3 minutes I said ok then he said Jayda time lag jayega standing there and looking at me to leave. Please focus on these fools they will ruin your reputation and goodwill.

Undercook tasteless when we asked them to cook the chicken again the staff was busy convincing us the meat was cooked instead of cooking the food. Overall experience was underwhelming. Was the first stop on our way to Shimla, we had to continue the journey with a half stomach. Quite the waste of money and time.

One of the Best experience of Dinning in Zirakpur. Food quality is worst. When you complaint to the owner he said humare yaha aisa hi milta hai. If there is rating in minus i will give that to them.

Slow service. Worst Dal of my life. Water and dal were not even talking to each other. When asked, the answer was it’s made in a hurry. Lame excuse.
