The waiter was using slivia to lay the paper mat & with the same hands, he was laying the table & glasses. It was shocking to see this infront of my eyes with such a brand. Very disappointed.

I need my refund back as we got a call from the restaurant at 8:30 pm that due to some fire, the gas pipiline has stopped and no food will be served. Only salads available. We had to dine somewhere else and not at Seville.

They said that they had short lpg supply and only salad type of food was available with them and due to no cancellation policy our booking fee was wasted
