The food was excellent and the ambience just awesome. The cocktails were very nice. The staff is very polite and hospitable, Nancy and Mukesh served us very well. Overall a very nice experience at Shaffa. Would certainly visit again and recommend others too.

Outstanding food, wonderful service and recommendations by Salman. Moringa paneer was the best paneer starter I've ever had. Lehsuni Palak Singhada, Missi roti and Chur chur paratha was delicious too. Great ambiance, overall 10/10 experience.

Amazing place for a fine dine. Food was at par and staff and service is beyond expectation. Very polite and they recommended best drinks- orange chatka and Italian kiss was my personal favourite.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. The ambience was pleasant, and the staff was polite and helpful. The service was quick, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. I look forward to visiting again! especially saag was very delicious and welcome drink was just heaven!🌟💫

We visited Shaffa, Sector 26 Chandigarh recently. We were disappointed to see partial service: 1. Welcome drink was served to all other tables but not to our table. It felt like discriminatory service. 2. Post-meal refreshments like fennel seeds / mouth freshener were not served to us at the time of bill. Last time they had provided it, but this time it was skipped. 3. Staff Welfare Charges were added to the bill without any prior information or permission. As per rules, this charge is not compulsory and cannot be added without customer's consent. Service should be equal for everyone. If you are adding optional charges, please inform the customer first. Overall, hospitality and transparency need improvement.
