We had visted chandigarh for the first time.we had a lay over flight.so visited the mall,and then we wanted to hve some sweet refreshing lassi. Thank God we tried here,it was 2 good...portion is good,taste is also delicious. We will visit soon to try more things from my menue.

We paid INR 709 for 1 plate of Dahi bhalla, 1 Mango shake and 1 plate Veg chowmin!!! With 750 one can have a good Buffet in Pirates of Grill! Dahi bhall was just average or rather not good at all. Veg Chowmin was good but it was all dry. Worst was the Mango Shake! We had ordered Mango Shake thinking atleast they will use REAL MANGOES in the shake since this is now Mango season! To my surprise it was all just high colored sugary syrup with some dubious mango flavour! Disgusting with all, when I enquired, the waiter gave jittery response. When I enquired with the manager, he said they never use Mangoes in Mango shake, they use strawberry flavour icecream in Strawberry shakes!! Seriously these high ended restaurant duping customers in such ways!

Shocked and appalled after finding a piece of plastic polythene in Cheese Naan with Gravy! What was more shocking is the response of the staff: "Aap payment mat karna iski." "Aap photo mat kheecho, kya fayda." "Koi baat ni ma'am, ho jaata hai." "Ho jaata hai galti se, koi jaan boojh k to ni daalta." The way the staff shrugged responsibility and took no ownership... The way they took this lightly as if it is no big deal... I am horrified thinking what if we were feeding this food to a child. A child (or even an adult) could choke on this!

SCAM!! SCAM!!. The staff working in the restaurant are a bunch of crooks, they are not honest at all. we ordered two extra tandoori roti and were not included in the printed bill, just written with a pen, and the cost of one roti was 38 so total cost of two rotis would be 76 if we add tax i.e. 18% that comes out be ~90 but he charged 95 for the same, and when we requested for a new bill, he didn't include the cost of 2 rotis in it.

The Staff is extremely rude especially the lady staff. Firstly she Took the extra mouth fresher from our Table while we were eating. Then after we paid the bill online nobody bothered to confirm if they have received the payment. I took the bill to the servers with payment who then asked me to show it at the counter. Really Rude on their part

We purchased a pack of five pieces of rasmalai for my family today, but when we got home, we realized we were shortchanged and only given three pieces. Very disappointed with the careless service. Please check your orders before handing them to customers.

Went to this outlet considering it would stick to Sindhi’s brand . But the experience was disappointing. My whole family got food poisoning after eating food here. The experience was poor both with the food and service.

We went there only to experience very rude staff. They don't value their customers and their money. Very tiny portions of food being served here. Total waste of time and money.

clueless waiters. no proper management. they took 15 mins just for getting water. wrong orders served. WORST SERVICE in a very long time.
