We came specially due to the District app offer of 50% off. However, the order taker Prabhjot, along with Store Manager Ishwar refused to honour the discount if payment is made on District App. Ishwar spoke to area manager Nishant Yadav over the phone, who instructed Nishant not to honour the offer and they refused the order altogether. Not just that, we caught Prabhjot punch the order on a number of his own rather than asking us for our order. We had to return since they very rudely refused to honour a legit offer due to which we came all the way to the outlet at CP 67 Mohali.

the staff was rude and wasnt accepting payment via district as they informed me that the discount offered by district isnt valid since they'll be in loss the bill was 366 rupees and i had to pay 381 rupees after the discount which was from 414 rupees .

i ordered cheesy nachos. they just put some some tomato n onions on nachos with mustard sauce. there are hardly 10 nachos. they are not even cooked/ baked. worst sevice. pathetic staff
