The place is excessively messed up now, incomparasion to how it was before. Crockeey: The crockery is not clean even the plates are starined & dusty, very old looking & not even washed properly. The fork/spoon/knife, nothingwas washed. Staff The staff takes excessive time to serve the dishes. When checked the main course, & looked the cooking was from last night, we asked to serve starters, to which the staff denied, mentioning that once we stop eating starters, it cannot be served again Food: Complete items were not available as per the menu. Food looked as it was cooked a day before. The live counters were closed, mentioning there is a fault in the machinery. The soft drinks served tasted bad & when checked the bottle even the expiry date was not clearly visible. The ice cream served was way to old & frozed just like ice not even coming out of the scoop. Hygiene: The food items spilled on floor, not even cleaned. The AC is also broken & the staff denies to turn it on or off, mentioning the condition may worsen. The washroon is not properly maintained, seems like mantained a long while ago, where all the pipes have rust & seems that would collapse any time. Additionally Facilities: WiFi was also not available, which is mentioned in the facility column. The staff stated that the facility for WiFi is only restrected to the employees. Payment: The restaurant denied to take payment from Zomato, mentioning that the amount will reach a few days later. While using credit card for payment, it was refused again mentioning that the restaurant will have to pay some charge. Overall: Overall a very bad experience. A place never to recommend to anyone

I ordered veg buffet from this place, and honestly, I wish I hadn’t. What I received was a complete insult to both food and customers. The food arrived cold, oily, and smelled like it had been cooked days ago.To top it off, the packaging was messy and leaking — clearly no care was taken in preparation or delivery. Calling this “food” feels generous; it was more like reheated leftovers from a bad canteen.If you’re craving disappointment (and possibly a stomach ache), this is the perfect place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor — order from literally anywhere else.
