The ambiance in back half is great but not in front half. The service was too slow but food is very good. Also, unnecessary confusion caused by 2 bars/resturants namely the Brew Estate and Sante running in the same premises with the same menu.

There was clear confusion from the beginning. The pictures displayed were of “Sante,” but upon arrival, I was informed that this is a different restaurant and Brew State is something else entirely. This is misleading. Additionally, there was no music or proper ambience as suggested. I had to request multiple times just to be seated inside, and even after that, I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes. No one attended to take the order during this time. Even after placing the order, the food took another 25–30 minutes to arrive, and unfortunately, the taste and overall quality were not satisfactory. The service and standards need significant improvement.

My experience here was not as expected it to be, it was my first time, food was cold and service was pathetic… Had to wait for long time to be heard for getting tissues at my table.. Must improve the service and food!!!!!

Very bad management… no response from all the members , there’s lot of members but they just ignore us …. We’ve to call again and again to take the order , they keep waiting us to order , very bad experience
