Service was good but I got charged more then estimate shown my district app was ₹4000 for 2 but I got charged ₹5900 for tow person

Absolutely rubbish went for my birthday to the evening buffet was an absolute waste of time food was cold we tasted but not ate proper food as it was cold and some of the buffet items had gone off worst experience ever considering it’s a 5 star hotel. We just could not understand how people were sat eating. When we questioned them they brought out the chefs who tried to make out it was the taste when clearly the food was off and we then asked them to taste the food they said they added lemongrass to the chocolate what a ridiculous statement to make. In the end it was just so bad we left.

something else your offer was not clear it was misleading. prper disclosure was not there, when I click for buffet at JW 35, on your app it appears 4000 for 2 less 30 % when you showed sample bill total payment Rs 6000 you pay appx Rs 4219 thereafter got table booked for3but when I actually visted I had to pay rs. 6111 very unfair, misrepresentation, be honest to your customers

The food was stale. The fish dishes had very odd fouls smell. Chicken was over cooked and rubbery The Indian desserts we okay but cakes very super dry and looked and tasted. pretty stale . Overall very bad Didn’t expect the whole experience to be so bad. The servers didn’t look bothered in terms of picking used plates ..
