I am a cafe hopper! And today I went to Coffee bean and tea leaf in Bella Vista, Panchkula. As a coffee veteran and in the June heat, I opted for Blended Vanilla latte, extreme it version. it was amazing. Good consistent, sweetness as well as the double espresso hits the spot. I also tried paneer tikka pizza. the size was a normal medium size, thin crust and the taste was brilliant. I like thin crust pizzas a lot and this one was good. The ambience and location is great as you over sea the pretty gardens of Bella Vista. overall 10/10 experience and definitely will be back to try more drinks and more items on the menu.

I don't think I've ever loved a place as much as I've loved the Panchkula CBTL. Ever since I discovered this space, it has been a constant check in for their incredible caramel latte, and ambience. It's the perfect setting to finish up work, hang out with friends, and have a perfect breakfast. I cannot recommend their omelettes enough and I need to mention their caramel latte one more time. The place is definitely pricey, but their quality is so perfect, your wallet deserves that break.

CBTL is my absolute go-to spot! The ambience is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or just unwinding after a long day. I love their Hazelnut Ice Blended Coffee and the spinach cheese corn sandwich, they never fail to hit the spot! The staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome, which adds to the charm.

My Order- Hazelnut latte & Vanilla latte Peach iced tea Hot double chocolate Kadai chicken croissant Minced chicken lasagne Spaghetti bolognaise All veggies pizza & all meat pizza Apple crumble cake Cream cheese carrot cake . My Review- The cafe is located in a pleasant lush green common area of The Bella Vista, Panchkula with a cozy and warm ambiance. I feel this place in particular is so under hyped in Panchkula because apart from coffees, they are serving such delicious food and beverages at absolutely genuine prices. The bakery section has some incredible pastries and baked products. It has recently become my favourite place to spend an evening sipping hot coffee whilst sitting in their outdoor area with the warmth of a patio heater. The pizzas are loaded with toppings and have a great serving size. The all meat pizza had a triple topping of smoked chicken sausage, roasted chicken and chicken ham; on the other hand the vegetarian pizza had all the pizza veggies. From their main course, the lasagne had a plated situation served with garlic bread but flavours were completely bang on, so as for their spaghetti bolognaise. What attracted me the most from their display shelf was the Kadai chicken croissant and oh my, what beautiful ASMR of that super flaky croissant filled with a spicy chicken filling. Some great picks from their beverage menu would be Hazelnut latte, Vanilla latte, Hot chocolate and Iced tea. Big fan of their vanilla latte. ⭐️ They have a selected range of cake slices and muffins available; out of which Apple crumble cake slice remains a classic. We tried the carrot cake slice with cream cheese filling this time too which was a melt in my mouth moment right from my very first bite. So delicious, Must try!! I won’t deny on admitting the service is a lil slow here but the staff is really sweet and welcoming. Cost for 2- Rupees 800 approx.

I have been a regular customer at CBTL for over 6 years and am also a membership holder, which made today’s experience especially disappointing. My husband and I specifically requested that our coffees be served in ceramic cups for dine-in. While I briefly stepped out to use the restroom (which is located outside), my husband was waiting in the outdoor seating area (where they were not serving at the moment). At no point did anyone inform us that our order was ready or ask whether we still intended to dine in. Instead, the staff simply handed us our coffees in takeaway cups. When we politely questioned this, we were told, quite arrogantly, that because we were sitting outside, we would only be served takeaway cups. This explanation made no sense, especially since we had clearly communicated our preference for dine-in ceramics before placing the order. What was most upsetting was not just the mistake, but the dismissive attitude with which it was handled. As loyal customers for over six years, we felt embarrassed, unheard, and frankly harassed by the way the situation was dealt with. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I am now considering cancelling my membership. I sincerely hope CBTL reflects on the importance of treating long-standing customers with basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
