I'm a huge fan of the chain, but the experience truly varies from outlet to outlet. This one has limited and uncomfortable seating which makes it difficult to stay around. The staff were incredibly slow and the coffee wasn't well prepared either. Considering what CBTL's usual clout is, this one ended up being a big disappointment.
