Great Experience. Food was good ambience was very beautiful. service was very good behaviour of staff was very nice. if you are coming to celebrate birthday of your friend or any family member you can ask them for complimentary Cake they will provide you free of cost in a very presentable manner loved it.

Great experience..The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and definitely worth the money, and the ambience was wonderful. Highly recommended to visit once.

We had a difficulty getting the table on time despite of making prior reservations from District, which was disappointing. However, after getting the table we had a thorough time and enjoyed the entire course. Staff were were courteous, food was delicious, spread was wide!! We enjoyed the evening with GT ROAD

Manager Verma did not respond good Very disappointing experience at GT Road Buffet, Chandigarh. I had a valid offer, but the staff refused to include/apply it and instead of resolving the issue politely, the conversation turned into an argument. The way the matter was handled was extremely disappointing. I expected better customer service and a professional response. I would strongly suggest the management look into how such offers and customer complaints are handled. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.
