From the ambiance to the food, everything was simply perfect. A special mention to Nilotpal, Rajat, Sumit, and Himanshu, whose attentive service and warm hospitality made our evening even more delightful. Their professionalism and care ensured that every detail was taken care of, making our dinner truly memorable. We highly recommend Hyatt Regency Chandigarh for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The place and service were impeccable. Chef Paramus and Simran ensured we have a great time and leave with our stomachs full. Kudos to their customer centric attitude!! Great job Simran and Chef Pramod.

Nipoltal was excellent in service. Soup was served a bit late, but taste as always was amazing and it compensated everything. Snacks were lip smacking!!!

The service -the ambience is amazing especially the staff they take care of you quite good! I just hoped there were more options in the buffet! Other than that 10/10

Lunch buffet is a significantly reduced option than what Hyatt’s dinner buffet is. Apparently, they changed this to attract more customers for lunch but it has taken the whole buffet experience several notches down. Just doesn’t feel anything special at all anymore.

Very disappointing experience at Hyaat Chd for Urban Cafe, The quality of the food do not match the standard of a luxury hotel, The service also wasn’t that good , cold tasteless food . Not at all recommended

Highly disappointing even if I got 50% discount deal . Quality and taste of food is very very bad , even ambiance is not upto the mark. Do save your hard earned Money..

Buffet was average and taste was not upto the mark. Will request Hyatt team to put food on counter after tasting and food was cold. Not worth of any penny
