I always bring dry cakes from Uttam Sweets and Bakers. They are so soft and always fresh, I would recommend everyone to taste at least once... Quality is good. Hygiene is good. Staff is also nice.

Told him to pack chicken sandwich and when I got home it was paneer ,Ali paid for chicken and on top it did did not give the bill .Its sad

As a years old customer of the original sector 46 shop. I can clearly say that their strength lies in sweets only. Apart from that other items like chaat golgappa samosa kachori jalebi etc are unhygienic. The staff doesn’t cover food items that are outside the shop. You can see numerous flies going around the golgappa, tikki etc as they are not covered from all sides. Moreoever on the back side you can see numerous flies sitting on the cloth they use to make jalebis because the cloths are dried alongside pocha(mop) and the staff outside doesnt have much sense about cleanliness. I personally saw on one occasion that a dirty cloth picked from alongside a pocha with flies on it used to make jalebis and a staff member scratching himself in the not so clean areas and then packing samosas without any gloves on the same time without cleaning. Is this hygienic? This type of behaviour made me stop taking items from the shop.

We got Gol Gappa packed from them and when came home, realised that the mashed potatoes they give were rotten and were smelling so much. No idea how old and rotten these might have been for that. I always had misconception about Uttam that I can always trust them with quality and hygiene. But that broke today and might won't go there, will see for other options. Maybe they got a big name and now really don't care.

UNEDUCATED STAFF AND THE CASHIER WAS RUDE. NO HYGIENE. STAFF NOT WEARING MASK PROPERLY. OVER PRICING IF U ORDER FROM ZOMATO ( ALMOST DOUBLE ). IF U GO FOR TAKE AWAY ORDER THEN U WILL HAVE TO STAND STAND IN QUEUE ACTUALLY NOT A QUEUE BECAUSE STAFF WILL NOT TREAT IT AS A QUEUE HE WILL TAKE SLIP FROM THE PERSON RIGHT INFRONT OF HIM HE WILL NOT SEE WHO IS STANDING FIRST

Stale Rasmalai. We ordered rasmalai from uttam sweets but it turned out to be stale and when complained about it.. The person was very rude. He wasn't accepting that he gave us stale food to eat. I am reading the reviews now.. And the quality i feel is getting downgraded along with their no customer service. Very dissappointed. Sorry.

I took mixed pakoda from their outlet in 46, when I came home and started eating all the potatoes inside pakoda were spoiled. I split opened another 2,3 to check, all of which were smelly. They are just making advantage of their big name and serving spoiled food. Never gonna take anything from them now on.

We ordered Dhokla at Uttams and it gave my friend FOOD POISONING. The preparation conditions are horrible and disgusting. Never going back and I suggest you don’t go too, unless you like FOOD POISONING, then it’s your place.

Not enough seasoning it was blend not enough soya sauce . Worst experience ever.
