We recently visited a restaurant as a family – my wife, son, and I – and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for a family outing. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes that pleased everyone's taste buds. The service was quick and friendly, ensuring we had a great dining experience from start to finish.

Food was amazing, the ambiance represents typical Punjab villages, staff was attentive and courteous. It gets quite busy during weekends and at night and we had to wait for 15-20 min to get a table . Overall very nice experience

Great food with punjabi village taste. We everytime go to this restaurant and order same items as it just tasts like punjab me kisi ghar pr baith k khana kha rage ho desi masalon k taste k sath ❤️😊😊😋

we were 16 of us initially when we said fir Jain food he provided us with option that they can serve, then when he came to know half of them eat regular veg and half of them eat jain he said we can't make it. during earlier discussion chefs said he could well prepared Jain food, but then manager kept refusing and we're very stubborn did not accepted our request. did no like behaviour of management team

⭐ 1 Star I had high expectations from Veg Village Food Restaurant because I’ve been following your YouTube and Instagram channels. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a Veg Thali through Zomato. The delivery was delayed by almost an hour (which I understand is mostly a Zomato issue), but the real disappointment was the food itself. The menu clearly mentioned: Dal + Paneer Makhni + Mix Veg + Rice + 2 Roti + Salad However, what I actually received was: Dal + Mix Veg + Rice + 2 Roti + Curd There was no Paneer Makhni and no Salad. Instead, curd was added without any mention on the menu. On top of that, the portions of Dal and Mix Veg were so small that they weren’t even enough to finish the rice. When I called the restaurant, I explained the issue. The person on the call said, “If you dine in, you’ll get everything. For online orders, the packing tray has only five compartments, so we can’t include all the items.” After saying this, the call was disconnected by the person. If that’s your policy, then please update the online menu to reflect exactly what customers will receive. Charging ₹289 for a thali and delivering food worth around ₹50–70 while omitting advertised items feels misleading. I request the owner to please look into this and train the staff accordingly. I genuinely ordered from your restaurant because I trusted your brand after following your content on YouTube and Instagram. I hope you improve your online order quality and maintain transparency for future customers.

Highly unprofessional service.Booked a table well in advance by personally visiting the restaurant and even called them 20 mins before to confirm the booking. But when I reached they said all tables are occupied and constantly ignored me. Highly embarrassing situation in front of guests. Very unethical and unprofessional service. I have never seen such arrogant staff in my life.

Very insulting dining experience. We were 2 people and were asked to leave the table after orderin the food as they had to give table to family of 6. Most unethical staff and manager. Shame on you guys. You won’t succeed by insulting your clients
