vibes were awesome especially thr open to the sky sitting and the live music. One star deducted for the food quality. Wished it was at par with the ambience.

Everything was good but as soon as they got to know the reservation was done through zomato they started behaving differently (in a bad way) like we had to wait for the table and then were asked to vacant it soon as there were “other guests”. The place was beautiful but service was not

Food was not that good. I wanted to order bowl they said it is not available because they didn’t have the veggies🫠so i asked for pasta , tgey zaid it will be swrved witout veggies🫠so i ordered paneer tikka Pizza which was underwhelming. Crispy corn tacos were good. I recommend it. The ambience, the decor of place in all is excellent , amazing landscaping but poorly kept. The cutlery was dusty and looked really really old , although the place is not that old. The place where we sat was also dusty. The only reason to go to villagio is for pictures and ambience because the landscaping is unmatched. But the food and hygeine needs work. Additionally, the staff was also not that good. The waiter was lost, i ordered mineral water he gave regular water. He didn’t know anything i aksed him about the menu.

Service was terribly slow. I went for dinner with my family. There was such low lighting. We had to use mobile phone's torch on the table. & so did other customers. Music was so loud!!!!!!! Worst experience.

Staff not at all courteous, basic hospitality etiquette missing. Didn’t serve water(neither a mineral water bottle nor a regular one<detox>which was kept on a few tables). On asking onion with a tandoor based starter, the steward said it comes like this. Later at the time of billing it is mentioned with service charge, do you guys really deserve a service charge, when you don’t know the basics.

their only plus point is their ambiance. other wise Food quality is very bad. staff is not professional. we ask them for cold water and they told that we don't have cold water bottle.
