excellent hospitality and fresh food. No Valet parking hassles. Enough staff to handle the crowd as the hotel was occupied. No waiting time, good music. Thanks to team for good management. Also, being a 5 star, they take precautions for their clients as per instructions, specific to mention.

We had our anniversary dinner at Holiday Inn Viva and it was a really good experience. Service was a bit slow at first, but Manoj joined us later and was really good. Shyam was also great—we talked on the phone and he sorted everything out smoothly. Only thing is the buffet could use a bit more variety, especially for kids. Overall, it was a very nice celebration.
