It was crowded, i guess due to weekend and independence day eve. It was noisy. There was live music and then music but it was noisy. singer was nice. honey chilly cauliflower and crispy corn was good rest items were average: coffees, pizza, dimpsum, mojito

If you want to spoil your birthday party, do come to this place! One of the worst experiences I have ever had.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The waiters were not attentive, and we had to ask for service multiple times. Whenever they came to our table, they would start laughing, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. There was another party of around 15 people, while we were a group of 6, and it felt like all the attention was being given to them. We had also paid for our food—we were not there to eat for free—so we deserved good service too.The AC was not working properly, and there was hardly any cooling. When we complained, we were told that it would cool down, but it never did. Later, they arranged a cooler, but that was placed only for the other group of 15 ladies and not for us.If the restaurant cannot handle multiple customers properly at the same time, they should be honest about it and inform customers beforehand. We would have simply chosen another place.We ordered four items, but only three were served. After we had finished all our food and drinks, we asked about the fourth item. We were first told that it would be ready in five minutes. After waiting for some time, we were finally told that the item was not available. If it was unavailable, why were we repeatedly told that it was being prepared? They should have informed us when we placed the order.Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, especially on a birthday. Definitely not a place I would recommend if you are looking for good service and a pleasant experience..
