Visited Xero Degrees at Jubilee Walk and had such a great experience! Tried their famous Matilda cake super rich, chocolatey, and totally worth it 😍 The presentation and taste both were on point. The overall vibe of the outlet is really lively and aesthetic, perfect for chilling with friends or casual hangouts. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the place had that perfect café energy. Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re around Jubilee Walk!

Staff was polite and kind but the service was very slow we waited around 30 minutes for just 2 simple things But the food was delicious pasta is very creamy and perfectly cooked 5/5. Fries were also 5/5 we ordered pizza har also that was average4/5 strawberry shake was very good perfectly sweet 5/5. overall good experience.

Terrible Visit to Xero(rename your cafe to Zero) – Rude Staff, Slow Service, and Overhyped Food I went to Xero with my partner for what should have been a simple, enjoyable meal for two. Instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal from ordering to leaving. First, the staff attitude was outright rude and unprofessional. Despite us being just two people and the place not crowded, our order took an absurdly long time to arrive—easily 30-40 minutes for basic items. No apologies, no updates, just indifference. The food? Massively overrated and overpriced for the subpar quality. Every dish we tried was drowned in chili and spices, masking any real flavor or creativity. It was like eating a one-note spice bomb—zero balance, freshness, or thought put into taste profiles. The only saving grace was the pasta, which was marginally good, but at these prices, everything else felt like a rip-off. The real low point came at checkout. A staff member cornered us, forcefully demanding a 5-star review right then and there. I politely said I’d give whatever rating matched my experience. Instead of asking constructive questions like “Why not 5 stars?” or “What can we improve?”, he got aggressive and rude, snapping, “Don’t give that rating if it’s not 5 stars.” This manipulative pressure, combined with zero interest in actual feedback, shows a toxic culture. We felt harassed, not valued as customers. Save your money and time—plenty of better cafes in Chandigarh deliver real hospitality and tasty food without the drama. Won’t be back. 0/5 stars

Very bad,when I went in I sat and then the worker came to take the order I asked what is on the menu the worker did not know their own food I ordered at 7:12 I ordered just fries and pasta it arrived on 8:32 the fries were cold from the start the pasta was good but it was soo low quantity I ate a little and left should avoid

All services need to improve, food is not good as compared to other outlets of Xero degree franchise. They don’t know how to make authentic dishes of xero degree So this need toh be take care and to be improved No wornder why this outlet has less that 3.5 rating

Food quality has dropped every time i visit and the pasta which i used to love at the start is unavailable every time.... other outlets are way better, best to avoid this outlet.
