Good food, hospitality and ambience made the evening more special. It was officially made but touched personally. An evening to relax and rejuvenate on the Top Floor to view Mount Road.

I’ve visited this place a couple of times with friends. On my recent visit, we ordered a few beverages and a chilli chicken mono portion (small serving). The chicken pieces were juicy, tender, and well cooked. One small downside was the amount of cumin seeds used. It felt a bit excessive and slightly overpowered the flavour, which didn’t pair very well with the drinks we had ordered. The service was a little slow as well. It took close to 10 minutes to get a refill, and during that time, a few tables that ordered after us seemed to be served first. That said, the place does have its positives, it’s open till 2 AM, serves alcohol, and offers a nice view of the city, making it a pleasant option for late-night outings with friends.

Went for impromptu drinks with couple of my colleagues yesterday. Been to this place several times and it is a nice easy place to chill and never crowded. Yesterday was no surprise, and only 2 tables were occupied. Opted for some pizza and drinks - all usual stuff for a Hyatt. Nothing standing out - either way. If I was to suggest, then I would say that they can add some more dishes to veg menu.

Leisurely.. We go here when we are bored with the other crowded places in the city. You can chill here well, I especially like their outdoor canopy area. Cheers!

Ambience was good, food I can’t say as all that was available was pizza, the kitchen we were told was closed (this was as 12:45 am) even though the bar is open till past 2am, something the management should look into. But I did like the popcorn & cheeselings that was served complimentary to snack on along with the drinks.

Have been to 365 since 2018 and never have experienced the downgrade like now. Ofcourse the food i priced for a star hotel, but all the food came 30-45 mins later, cold, tasting horrible. Even a basic fries felt like those frozen mccain fries for which we pay 800. The service staff had no reasonable answer to why things were getting late. The menu got limited and barely had any options but some starters which seem repetitive and some bowls and pizza. Drinks are fine, but to a place where people spend so much, atleast average hot food is expected within good reason. Hope they work on their kitchen and service.

Where to begin I just got deceived by the reviews ! Seriously such a horrible service ! We went in there late night and I called and checked with them before going and they told happy hours is available ! But when we went there they told we had to pay couple charges and stuff ! Non sense ! And oh my god they are open till around late after 1 but they told kitchen will close at 11:30 and nothing will be served ! No one came to wait our table ! For having one drink we waited so so long! Finally someone can and took order after half an hour and the food portion was too less and not tasty at all ! Such a waste of money for poor quality food, very less portion size , extreme poor service !

After finishing their order the hotel outrightly denied payment via Zomato even though I had a valid booking. for a brand like Hyatt - if they can fix the issue with Zomato - they shouldn't list. third grade service and extremely rude of them. Zomato support was equally unhelpful. just washed their hands off the service.
