the entry guy who writes down names before entry is pathetic and has lot of attitude..it is nowhere mentioned while booking that you need to have membership for entry but this guy do lot of show off and insist for membership otherwise he show lot of attitude and makes people please for entry..if entry is allowed only with membership then write down clearly near the entrance itself which they don't do..mgt should look into this and take proper measures..this happened with me 2-3 times..pls change that guy else you will lose customers

This place used to be o polite and chill and safe for women. I just walked out here after a new bartender I haven’t seen before (I come regularly) rudely said the terrace isn’t open. I’ve been here on several afternoons so I was confused. He spoke to me like I’m dirt. I nearly left then, turned back to ask him something. I kept saying excuse me standing right next to him. He ignored me completely and kept talking to some men drinking there. Again when he finally spoke to me cos I tapped him on the shoulders, he was even ruder. The usual staff here know me and even if the place is closing are so polite. Really upset.

I had a terrible experience at 99 Bar and Grill. They've significantly increased their menu prices, and the waiters were rude. They also charged an excessive amount in taxes. Their online platform doesn't reflect service changes. It states that customers paying through Swiggy or Zomato get a 20% discount without needing a table reservation. However, when I tried to pay with Swiggy or Zomato in person without a prior booking, I was told this wasn't allowed and had to pay the full amount.

It was almost 11 and closing time. The waiter was insisting to leave immediately. I told I have book a cab and it takes 5 mins but still he was rude. My friend had suggested this place and I went after the suggestion and this guy Ravi had ruined my party mood.

Food is decent We booked a table from Zomato with 35% off and paid cover . Not really sure whether it’s zomatos fault or the restaurants But restaurant didn’t accept the said terms but Zomato did pay the refund as Zomato credits .

Very bad service. They kicked us out of the dance floor. Writers are very mean. Please don't come if you're not a member. Apparently they welcome only members.
