Extremely rude behaviour. Very much disappointed. Lethargic and Disrespectful. Lack of customer service. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the staff was not interested in providing a welcoming atmosphere. The host who greeted me seemed annoyed that I was there, and barely made any eye contact as they rushed to seat me. Once I was seated, the waiter approached my table and behaved very rude while taking order. As I tried to order my meal, the waiter continued to deliver rude replies saying no to all items which I ve seen available while I entered the hotel. Throughout my meal, the staff continued to be rude and dismissive, and I couldn't wait to leave. As I paid my bill and left the restaurant, I couldn't help but feel disappointed and disrespected by the way I was treated. I informed this behaviour to the owner of the restaurant, but at the end he also behaved the same by supporting his employee. He stated that all restaurants will function like this only. He clearly showed off himself saying that no customer had questioned him like this. He was very strict about his profits, When I told him about the customer hospitality but still he behaved the same. In the end, it's clear that this restaurant only cares about its profits, and not about providing a positive dining experience for its customers. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone, and I hope that they can learn to treat their customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

Ordered briyani with chiken lollypop, worst briyani tasted ever and the lollypop is made up of older chiken. Bad smell coming from it while eating. Which cause the illness to my friends in room.

I ordered parotto at this hotel and they costed 30 rupees per single parotto. But that parotto looks like 10 rupees worth only. I wasted the money buying the food in this hotel

Very disgusting Chicken curry full of skin and stored Chicken. I ordered Chettinad Chicken, but it is not like that. Even Normal Chicken curry will be good on the road.

butter chicken is worst they dont know even the meaning of wat butter chicken is. chapati was not properly cooked. waste of money if ordering butter chicken and chapati

Worst experience. No taste and even salt was not added correctly. Waste of money. Even the quality is poor. Please remove the restaurant from zomato
