While the food was good, the restaurant in itself was dirty to say the least. The floors were sticky and black mould across the floor. As we exited I was not sure about the cleanliness of the kitchen as well considering the pathetic state of the restaurant

Reduced menu and the new menu has no price details . 10% charged above the bill for lpg shortage . Taste become mediocre and portion size seems like reduced . Not worth the money .

Good restaurant. Been there 2 to 3 times before. Good food and ambience. This time, the food was good as usual but the service was very bad. The person who served was so lethargic while placing the dishes on the table. Since we reached the restaurant at 10pm, we ordered everything quickly, yet the order bearer didn't have the courtesy to intimate us the kitchen closing time. The person simply brought the bill while we were still eating without asking us whether we needed something else. The wash basin and restroom hygiene were too bad.

Too costly for the food given, ordered beef ularthiyathu which they charged 400rs for a small plate, but the meat is definitely frozen or they reheated the yesterdays preparation.

This has been the worst dining experience with my family. I visited this place for Easter lunch. The service was pathetic. They did not serve any dish until multiple follow up. They then served the sides but did not serve rice. We were 12 of us but only 1 rice bowl was served first. The service was extremely poor and very late. The AC, I doubt if it was even working. It was so hot and we were getting sweaty. The taste was very very average except tava prawn which was good. We ordered mango fish curry and the fish in it was not fresh. Overall very bad experience. I went to this place only reading reviews and I regret my decision.

The ACs were not working. Everyone was complaining about it. Fans were oddly placed. Seats were so uncomfortable. Although the food was good, everything else made it unenjoyable.
