I have never been to this ajanabi though I stayed very closeby a few years ago. Came to check out suits in the shop nearby and wanted to have our dinner, so ended up here. Loved the dabeli, the right amount of filling and taste, the buns were extremely soft. Maska chaska cheese sandwich, just the biscuits being replaced with the famous murukku sandwich, but tasted yumm. Ended ut with a rasamalai. On the whole, a sumptuous dinner.

All time favorite spot for chaats. It's lip smacking flavours doesn't allow you to stop with what's ordered. If your on a diet, then this the perfect cheat day place to go to... It keeps you wanting for more...

Very tasty chats. Their Dhokla's, Bhel puri, Chana jor Garam, and sandwhiches are delicious. They have good snacks too.

This amazing place is in Fountain Plaza, Pantheon Road, Egmore. We started with mint lime cooler. Quantity was less but it tasted awesome! Forgot to click a pic of it! We went as a group of 4. Ordered all the items at once. They gave Dahi Puri first. It was ek dum mast! Then came cutlet and samosa. Cutlet was cooked to perfection. Samosa's outer crust was awesome! And the stuffing was cool too. The next one was Vada Pav. It was too spicy 😣 and the finest dishes came at last. Paneer tikka sandwich and veg grilled sandwich. Those were grilled perfectly! And were divided into 4 slices. Finished off with 1 cup of gulab jamun and 1 cup of jalebi (5 pcs). Jalebi was too sugary! Ambience was good and rates were quite reasonable. Worth every single penny! Authentic north indian snacks and savouries 😋

They have extremely tasty vegetarian food, the paav baji is to die for. Their sweets , savouries and chat are all too good. The major disadvantage here is the language . Except the billing person nobody can speak in tamil or english, without hindi speaking lad its quite difficult to explore thier exhibit.

Ajnabi has always been one of my fav chat places since childhood! Tried this new Grill sandwich n I liked it. It had a cheesy mix of capsicum, onion, tomato and corn. A must try place for chat lovers.

Place has lost sheen over the years. Apart from the made to order food items, wouldn’t buy the off the shelf items as a lot of them are stale (example Khakras, mixtures, etc).
