Pretty shitty experience, ambience is fine, but there isn’t any music playing if you’re seated outdoors, some nice 90s music could be played but no. Went as 2 guests, requested for a birthday cake with a candle, both while booking through district as well as personally called the restaurant. Despite both, I had to once again go to the bakery and remind them and they acted oblivious of any request made. Not sure if communication is lacking between district and amethyst or the reception of amethyst and bakery of amethyst. I had specifically requested them, once again, both reception and bakery, that I wanted one slice of blueberry cheesecake by 8:15pm with one small candle on top as it was a birthday. Time passed, and we didn’t get a cake until 8:45pm and I had to go and remind them twice, there was only one waiter there, who was taking orders, serving food as well as giving the bill. Extremely understaffed for the exorbitant pricing of the food. I had to physically get up from my table, make my way to the reception and remind them twice, to bring the cake by 9:00pm. Then, we got the cake by 9:05pm, without the candle. Completely ruined whatever I had planned. Did not expect such abysmal service from an establishment that is 26 years old. Looks like they’ve just gotten complacent.

Service is terrible I had to go and ask the management twice for menu itself after sitting in the table unattended for 20 mins no waiter seems to care food was good but was lil overpriced for the service they don’t let us take pictures outside the cafe through the walk away or anywhere there are always staffs shooing us that we shoudnt click pics for as much we are paying we can’t even take pictures peacefully idk what is taht which made the overall experience ragebaiting

the food quality has deteriorated. Very overpriced for the fare. Although we booked a table, we had to wait and they seated us outdoors where we got mauled by mosquitoes. We kept asking for a seat inside but they were not able to accommodate. We rushed through the meal by the end of it.

The Menu pricing here doesn’t match with theirs it’s litreally very expensive. Do not trust this Menu at all. Worst experience.

The food is such a disappointment as against the whole setup. Fries that taste oily at 635!? Insane prices for sub par food.
