It's a great cafe where it gives Aesthetic Retro Desi American Cafe Vibes which is beautifully decorated with A Large garden in the beginning. It's a place where people sit and chill while enjoying and talking over a Coffee or a Evening Breezer.

Beautiful ambience and excellent food, but the service really let the experience down. I had the spinach and goat cheese crêpe with a chilled beer, and the food was genuinely very good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. It took around 20 minutes before anyone even noticed my table to offer water or tissues. There didn’t seem to be a designated server, so I had to flag down different staff members just to place my order. Later, after waiting 10–12 minutes for my crème brûlée, I politely asked about it. I was initially ignored, and then told, “I told you na, 10–15 minutes, give me 5 min more.” A delay is understandable, but the way it was communicated felt dismissive. Amethyst is a lovely place with great food, but attentive and courteous service would make the experience match the quality of the café.

Let’s start from the parking, the security guards don’t support neither is there a valet parking services when the place is busy especially when there is flee market. Next the food. Starters tasted good but came in the last Food tasted good. There was housefly bothering us and this is the first time I have experienced where they gave the repellent bat and said you should be able to manage with it. Dessert - really bad It’s super hyped place

I ordered Kerala style fish curry with rice. They gave Bengali Fish curry(yellow curry) when asked waiter if its really kerala style he said yes. When we got bill it was written as Bengali style. When checked on counter they mentioned since you have finished there is no proof/ picture to reconfirm and we need to pay bill. Since we didn’t liked taste of bengali curry we didn’t finished it completely. Issue was they would have acknowledged that complete mistake was from there side. Worst experience.

We ordered the Alfredo Garlic Prawn Pizza, but it had a raw prawn taste and there was no noticeable garlic flavour, which was disappointing. For dessert, we ordered the Blueberry Cheesecake. Unfortunately, it lacked the rich, creamy cheesecake flavour, and all we could taste was the blueberry jam on top. Overall, both dishes fell short of our expectations in terms of flavour and quality

The food is such a disappointment as against the whole setup. Fries that taste oily at 635!? Insane prices for sub par food.
