Fish curry was too spicy. No reaction from hotel team when complained. Didn't change it nor gave some alternative. Just billed

specifically I would like mention abt the ambience ac ( not working) as it is sunday many people are visiting the place then too they didn't maintain the ac we asked for the fan then too when the other customer came they turned the pedestal fan towards other customer and they were house fly all around the hotel we were not able to eat properly though we paid 2000 it was not satisfied we can't do any replacements as we have ordered all the dishes we began to eat it we face such issues in this branch in Kilpauk orms Road.House fly 🪰 in our food and in water tumber and everywhere.

Foods are too costly and the volume is too small. I ordered meals, the rice was half boiled only. Really fed-up and disappointed with their service and food quality. I hope they are spoiling the brand name and One day they also disappeared like Hotel Saravana Bhavan story. Really sorry for this feedback. But this is the fact.

The food is spoilt and the staff are mean. They don't care about customer satisfaction. The most horrible experience I've had. They refused to take back spoilt food and charged me for it

He served us stale fish and refused to take it back claiming it back and instead charged us for it... The staff were very rude to the customers. Most indecent behaviour on their part
