If you are a vegetarian then this is the right place for you.The Annanagar Vaishnavas Thattu idli has the best veg menu I have ever seen.Starting from murukku cheese sandwich to Ghee idli,nothing can match it’s taste. I tasted the famous Thattu idli here and I haven’t beem able to stop talking about it still.The idly with the perfect sambar and the chutney was like a match made in heaven. I also had the little coin parottas which was crispy with a yummy gravy. It’s a treat for all the vegetarians who needs to try something different from their routine menu.The price is reasonable and the place looks compact and comfortable,perfect for a outing with your family! Really good food, highly recommend. Food; 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Taste: 5/5 Service 5/5 Quality: 4/5 Overall: 5/5 Recommend dishes: Thattu idli, karuvepillai podi idli, chettinad dosa, mushroom masala dosa. Food is quite spicy, so if you cannot tolerate spicy food, it is not recommended. But I enjoyed. Restaurant needs to improve their washbasin and wash soap (it smells like detergent). Thank.

One of the best idli I had was here itself. One thattu idli costs 50 rs and it's size is big enough for one person. It was soft with lots of podi & ghee on it. And the consistency of coconut chutney was very smooth. Once after grabbing a bite of this idli dipped in chutney & sambhar satisfies taste buds.

This place serves best to best soft thattu idli and different varieties in dosa... I am not usually a big fan for idlis but now i would for sure visit again to enjoy their Thattu idli. must try: ghee Thattu idli and their tetrapacked elaneer Payasam.

A place where you could either opt Chinese or Dosa.. what a combination where both are just so awesome to. Thattu idli is a must to try. Am not really ashamed to say this is the only place I eat idli!!

I’m a foodie alright but this Thattu Idli of Vaishanavas is making me a foodie foodie!!!Its so yummy so fresh so healthy nd pocket friendly too. Love it so much that it’s a repeatu!!!

Self service, the place can accommodate 20 people only. High ceiling ambience, so no need to air conditioning, usually crowded by evenings . What I had ? . 1. Thattu idli - A thattu idli with ghee and gun powder also served with chutney and sambar . 2. Murukku sandwich - Bit salty, Didn't like it. Murukku was not that much crunchy . If you eat with ketchup u may likd it . 3. Onion Podi dosa- Very crispy, their green and red chuyney was too good. . 5. Mini podi idli.- loved this more than Thattu idli, mini soft ildies with loads of podi and ghee on top🤤. Must try . Great delight food , they also have various dosa and sandwich varities.

We got chilli porota , thattu idli and bahubali dosa for delivery. The chilli porota was good. Right amount of spiciness. Thattu idli was amazing . The dosa however was okish.

This is my most fav chaat shop, have been going here for 5years now, while they changed loc. Chaat and south Indian too good. Chinese is fine.

Extremely spicy. Ordered chilli parotta, rava dosa, sambar idli- all are vvvv spicy. Not worth for money 👎 the worst… not recommended
