Amazing North Indian food! The flavours were authentic and the pav bhaji was absolutely outstanding. The ambience is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and quick with the orders. Overall, a fantastic experience — definitely worth visiting!

Novelty has been my favourite restaurant joint since my childhood and they have always been the best in the North Indian food along south indian too (in specific Idly & Sambar). The franchisee in Annanagar has added an excellent ambience to the tradition to make it the best.

a good place to jont. due to no other restaurant of this kind has become a instant hit I'm Shenoy nagar. I came all the way from west Mambalam due to old connection with its part town joint. pav bhaji is awesome.

Pathetic service. Except for ambience nothing is good in that restaurant. The person taking the order doesn’t know what’s available and what’s not available. After half n hr of ordering dosa and serving dosas for many people who came after us, they told us that dosa got over. Taking orders was so slow, serving food was very very slow. Will never come again and will never suggest this place to anyone.

Worst service , not the real novelty and most arrogant staff you can ever imagine .. Not money's worth. Nil hospitality. The guy who allots table when the hotel is full expects an underhand tip to give preference in alloting tables. Don't waste your time and money. Quantity and quality of food is not worth. Go to Sangeetha or Any other place . Any negative ratings, i would love to give.

there were bugs on food & few flying around comes from fancy celing lights which they never clean, but I do appreciate staff for replacing my food twice.. the food was expensive not worth spending
