Excellent experience at Aruvi. Beautiful ambience, courteous staff, and standout food. The Lamb Roghan Josh was rich and perfectly cooked, and the Garlic Naan and Tandoori Roti were spot on. One of my best dining experiences in Chennai and an ideal place for a romantic evening as a couple. I found no truth in the negative reviews at all. Highly recommended

Things we liked. 1. Ambience, the open restaurant setup 2. Seating arrangements under the mango trees. 3. Main course were kinda ok Things that could have been improved 1. They don’t have a manager to coordinate with guest as no one was there to guide you to seats. 2. We had to go and ask them to take order. 3. Dishes ordered come one by one, even though you ordered it together. There was Long waiting time between the dishes. 4. Starters were below average, taste and quantity didn’t meet the price charged.

service was very bad.They cant do even basic stuff like get the glasses once people are seated at table.One did not know what was available.After ordering we had to keep followong.One dish was delayed. and despite this bad service they have a standard practice of including service charge. Food was decent.

We had to wait over 1 hour for the food. The waiter took the order but he didn't communicate it in the kitchen. We had to ask them several times and the lady at the billing before we finally got our food. Many customers had this complaint that day. The place was crowded and they were very understaffed and the communication was haywire. It was a terrible experience.

No point going here, save your money and time by not going in. We waited for 20 mins, asked 2 different waiters to take our order but they never did! Half the tables were not occupied so it's not like they were rushed. Finally decided to walk out, and dined at Gossip Bistro nearby which was much better.

Highly disappointed. We waited for more than 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Had to walk out of the restaurant. Restaurant seemed dirty with unkempt tables and chairs. NEVER GOING BACK AND NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND.

after seeing insta reels, I went with my family yesterday for dinner. service was tooooo late. sea food is good.
