Recently went to this restaurant with friend for lunch. Parking available in front of the restaurant. We got a table without any waiting time. We ordered Aruvi Special meals which was served in reasonable time. The taste of meals in general decent though there is scope for improvement. Salt 🧂 levels need fine tuning in some items. Soup can be much warmer. Starter choice is ordinary for the price. A side dish for chapati and raitha for biriyani is missing. Service is average for such a place. We ordered special meals after checking the soup 🍲 in the meals but received different soup shows the knowledge he possess. We need to call and ask for each and every thing. They were not attentive and slow. We walked out without having icecream 🍨🍦 due to delay. Pricing is slightly higher considering the average service and taste. Overall it was ok experience.

I went to aruvi restaurant for new year. I was bit late for my lunch. they could have mentioned meals was not available but they went on the serve my meals and provided irrelevant items. Going for spl new year meals is to try food and multiple times but they didn't even provide rasam 2nd time. whatever was served was good but not value for money ₹299. I would have hard tasted ₹120. if you want try to go before 2pm and post that try only variety rice like that.. do not go for meals. my experience with Aruvi was very bad with the service. dnt go to the restaurant based on reviews doesn't match the hype. you could have tried different restaurant with cheaper prices and good quality and quality food

The billing process is way bad as they don't accept zomato offers and zomato pay. There is no point in zomato offering discounts to the restaurant if we can't use the same. Otherwise the food taste and service is good.

Dont go to this restaurant based on social media review… worth nothing … serving wrong items and gives excuse. Taste not at all good

I ordered Mini Meals combo and sambar rice separately for lunch and it turned out be the worst lunch, in the mini meals combo what do restaurants usually give in mini meals probably vegetable rice but the restaurant decided to give beetroot rice who the hell will even give beetroot rice as the main portion? That rice also tasted so bad with no salt and coming to the sambar rice there was only sambar vegetables there was no rice. Do you think that we customers are fools? How can you even serve this kind of food ? Totally disappointed, I need my money back

I bought a meals and 1 chocolate milkshake for take away and for the meals it was 180 rupees and milkshake is 184 rupees I was very disappointed with the taste. The meals is not good and the chocolate milkshake only I feel milk and chocolate syrup no ice cream and the rate is too high for a milkshake

The restaurant doesn’t accept zomoto pay First they said they won’t accept zomoto pay, later they said not for pax above 10. They take customer emotions to toss And the supervisors in the hotel don’t ever care about customer experience and fight with customers
