Excellent food, great service. Had gone to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the complimentary cake prepared was extremely tasty. Staff were very courteous - Spl mention to Mr Ashok, who took great care of our family serving food.

I, from Bengaluru, booked it for my sister and brother-in-law for Onam Sadhya in Chennai. Once they went there in the evening, there was no Onam Sadhya, but only a regular a-la-carte menu was available. Since I booked it using Zomoto, once the bill was available, I paid it with Zomato app. But incidentally the restaurant also made my BiL pay by credit card the full amount. So effectively we were double charged. Upon followup by call, they asked for the credit card change slip, which is really unnecessary as they can definitely track themselves on the receipt of both payments. It was frustrating and I had to let it go to avoid spending too much additional effort.

We went to Hilton to have dinner Thaali as part of thoonga Nagaram festival. We tried both Veg and Non-veg thaalis. To be frank it’s not worth the hype. Most of the dishes were not served hot. It can be a heavenly dish for those who have mediocre cooks at home. Service was good. We were served by Anantha kumar and his service was good.

Food is very costly especially sambar. Biriyani was very subtle with less spice. Garlic chicken was full of garlic. Mutton paya was very chewy. Tasty food but quantity is less. Music is shit.

They didn't accept District 50% off for the thali. They hide their terms and conditions in an ambiguous way so that people get confused. They write it like Thalis may not be eligible. Did not expect such a thing from Hilton.
