Was here this evening and it wasnt so crowded at that time and so a pleasant experience. the thattur idly came fast and was yummy with loads of ghee. Masala Puri and Bangalore masala dosa took awhile to come. nothing great about the masala Puri but the dosa was good! The sambar is neither too sweet nor too spicy and just right. I liked the orange chutney too! we ended up with filter coffee which was good too!

because of the Carnival offer ( 50% from the overall bill ) I can say the food is worth the value of money. better to arrange some seating facilities for those who are waiting for the table. better to hire a dedicated person who can note the name of the customers and call once the table is free. Better to serve the food quickly.. don't make customers wait for a long time.

Extremely rude front desk man who looked like the owner / person responsible - didn't even bother to look up and guide me for orderiing + billing. I would happily give minus 10 (-10) for the service attitude. Staff indulging in some photos and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made me ask thrice for billing (prepay) and no one turned up to bill the order despite the man responsible too was right there and heard me ask them take the order thrice . Needless to say except 1 table all others were. Empty - so not as if they were busy brimming with customers. 25 April / 18.55pm. This sort of apathy and arrogance and disrespect towards customers is not expected , not fair and am sure will take them downhill if they continue. Hope the honest review experience help

zomato Gold offer of 20 percent was applicable and hence we went there to avail the offer. they just refused saying that they don't accept this offer!!! very misleading. zomato says 20 percent offer is available but the restaurant does not give it!!! misleading public

They BTH expected us to pay the full amount in gpay but not in Zomato since it had offer. We argued and had to pay through Zomato. If you don’t wanna give offer, why do you advertise it in Zomato!?

Very worst experience. Food was so pathetic. They can remove Banglore from their name because the food which they serve is not at all related to Banglore taste. They don’t accept Zomato pay.

They gave water instead of sambar and the neer dosa was terrible , other places have way better neer dosa
