I feel that the taste and service has been compromised. I’m a big fan of Barbeque nation service, but this time it disappointed me. I Knew the cost per buffet has been reduced to 30% compared to previously but that doesn’t mean to be compromised.

Barbeque Nation Vadapalani is one of the worst branches in Chennai. The barbeque chicken was half-cooked and absolutely unacceptable. Their so-called 10+10 offer is nothing but cheating and a cheap gimmick. Service is pathetic, with staff showing zero interest in customers. Most of the food items are stale, prepared hours earlier, and served cold. Even the soup came lukewarm, not hot. For the high price they charge, the quality is a disgrace. Totally disappointing and not worth visiting.

Food was good and boys served also professional, but as there was another party was in also happening due which the whole thing went choas. Food was went empty.

A group of around 10 men was misbehaving and teasing the female members of my family, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant should understand that families come here to dine, and there should be proper control and standards when serving alcohol. The atmosphere felt more like a local bar than a family restaurant. Additionally, the service was poor as the place was overcrowded. Most buffet dishes were empty, the area was unhygienic, and there was a shortage of cutlery. I don’t blame the staff—they seemed overwhelmed—but the management needs to take responsibility for maintaining better crowd control and overall standards.

menu was very less in the staters only panner and pineapple . non veg prawn and chicken only. no welcome drink. no live counter executive for pani puri not worth the cost. when asked they say they have problem of gas but for that they need not charge this high even the coal in the table was not having fire. only dips available were very diluted mayonnaise and green chutney very poor totally unsatisfied

Worst experience, They don’t have the standards of BBQ Nation. There is short age of workers. The quality of food is not good. I feel like street food is better compared to the food served here. Im sorry to say this…. Please improve the quality and standards
