Parking 2 * Reception 3* Ambience 4* Clealiness and hygiene 4* Choice of menu 3* Service - self Taste and flavour 4* Value for money 3* Ice creams are more expensive than any other place of similar caliber and ambience. Because, the products are more creamy and cheesy here. Good for family dining.

I have never been a fan of BR's. Today after much speculations, entered this outlet even though my original was to hit ccd! But ended up with an irritable ice cream! I never even thought that it was possible for an ice cream to taste that horrible!! The name of the ice cream that made me scream bloody murder inside me head was thunder hot fudge. I have always preferred plain ice creams n here I settled for a piece of their ice cream cake but ordered that god forsaken fudge for my friend. As soon as we had the first taste, we were off. This is my very first time wasting an ice cream! The melted topping was very thick, sticky n the nuts and other toppings had lost their crunch. So it made the whole top layer inedible! But the ice cream cake on the other hand was though not great, was flavourful with the cake moist and yum. So when you are there, Try avoiding their menu n go with your standard toppings.

Shopping day let straight into ice cream joint for some freshness and it doesn’t go well Just ordered a blackcurrent ice cream double scoop Coming to the taste, it was like some medicine . Very poor . Cost 154 rs . Let down big time .

Staff are very unprofessional. The place is dusty and dingy. They refused to accept payment through Zomato pro because they didn’t know how to use it. 😑
